This 1-day training program was designed for the serious player looking to sharpen their skills over the school break! Join us on Veterans Day from 8am-12pm!
On the ice, players will train on skating, stick handling, and shooting. Off the ice, players will head to the gym to build power, agility, and explosiveness, then work through our shooting area to keep polishing their stick handling and shooting.
