Summer Training

9 Weeks of training with the staff at Bando Performance. Workouts will be followed by on ice training all in one spot. Workouts will be Monday through Thursday and ice will be on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. Summer Training ice will include a mixture of skills, game scenario skills, flow drills, and a focus on speed using the 1080 sprint machine. Get ready for the upcoming season with the best!


COLLEGE/PRO

Workout: 7:15-9am

On Ice: 9:20am-10:20am
